The Aston Martin DBX S is unveiled: The new representative of the 90-year-old “S” tradition!

British car manufacturer Aston Martin has unveiled the DBX S, the flagship model of its DBX range. The super SUV, which produces 727 PS and 900 Nm of torque, has a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine like its predecessor, the DBX707. The DBX S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and can reach a top speed of 310 km/h.

Compared to the DBX707, the DBX S is 46 kg lighter overall and delivers 331 PS per ton, making it the leader in its segment in this area. This significant weight reduction is primarily due to the use of a carbon fiber roof. The roof is 18 kg lighter than the DBX707, accompanied by 23-inch magnesium wheels that are 19 kg lighter and a carbon fiber rear wing that is 7 kg lighter.

Thanks to turbochargers sourced directly from Valhalla (2.7 bar), the DBX S delivers maximum power across a wider rev range and comes with a 9-speed wet clutch transmission. Featuring plenty of carbon fiber and Alcantara details in its cockpit, the DBX S has 4% better steering response compared to the DBX707. Electronically controlled shock absorbers and “Triple-Chamber” air suspension also contribute significantly to this improvement.

The DBX S will soon be available at the Aston Martin Turkey showroom.
